The final year for this generation of the Mulsanne S, this is a great classic design with ample power and performance as well as luxury. Very scarce, fewer than 1000 crafted in the total 12 year period the model was available and only a small handful of the 1992 model were allotted to North America. Offered here is an exquisite 1992 Bentley Mulsanne S, an excellent, low mileage example which has travelled just 27,100 careful miles since new. Finished in one of the finest (yet rarely seen) colours offered by Bentley, Balmoral Green over Tan hides. The colour, as well as the finish on this particular motorcar is exceptional with subtle metallic’s, great depth and a “day one” shine over the complete exterior. The interior finish is a stunning Medium Tan and the leather hides are outstanding in quality as is typical of a Bentley vehicle. They retain a great look with a supple yet durable feel to them. The wood trim shows exceptional grain and is highly polished to add a stunning look to the dash, center console and door panels. The original floor carpets are a deep pile, tightly woven Wilton wool in light tan and protected by Rolls-Royce/Bentley original equipment Paul Blanche genuine sheepskin lambswool rugs which are four inches think and ready for stocking foot comfort. In the rear compartment, the factory rear foot rest wedges are in place. The trunk is in as delivered condition including original wall to wall Wilton wool carpeting. The rear cargo drop down exposes all the tools and the fully equipped jack storage area as well as the original Castrol mineral oil spare bottles in their storage holders. Underhood lies the engineering work of art which propels this beautiful motorcar, an alloy block, 6.75 liter, fuel injected V8. Delivering smooth and effortless performance, the engine and the engine bay are in pristine showroom condition with all components original and in place. The underhood appearance is nothing short of spectacular with an immaculate “operating room” purity to it. Sold new in Texas at Betley of Houston Post Oak Motorcars, the original owner kept it serviced at the dealership until 2007 and it is complete with those service records. After this time, the car went to Fort Lauderdale, Florida where it was eventually purchased by a Canadian snowbird who ultimately brought the car to Canada.
