19,507 km! 5-sp, 300 + hp V8 motor. “Hand stitched” leather interior, “1 of 18” imported to Canada. “Tubi” Ferrari approved exhaust system. Complete history by “Ferrari of Ontario” Major service including “Belt Service” performed less than 1,500 km ago.

First introduced to the public at Frankfurt in 1989, the 348 was a marked departure from not only the 328, but from all prior Ferrari road cars. With the 348, Ferrari’s traditional tubular chassis was abandoned in favour of a stiff monocoque main structure mated to a tubular steel subframe at the rear, which contained a transverse-mounted engine. The highly acclaimed V8 was enlarged to 3,405 cc and initially produced 300 horsepower, thanks in part to a compression increase. Driving dynamics benefited from Ferrari’s proven fully independent suspension design with revised geometry, as well as the addition of much larger anti-lock disc brakes than those of previously models. Initially available in GTB Berlinetta and GTS Targa form, the incredibly attractive Spider appeared in 1994, dazzling both the press and Ferrari enthusiasts alike.

This incredible 1994 Ferrari 348 Spider was originally sold by Ferrari of Ontario and today, it shows just over 19,000 kilometers from new. It is believed to be one of just 18 examples that were imported to Canada, and features a hand-stitched extended leather interior, a five-speed manual transmission, and a Ferrari-approved Tubi exhaust system, originally valued at $5,500. Graced by iconic Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, this outstanding and attractive Spider benefits from a recent belt service. It will continue to provide the ultimate open-air driving experience for its new owner.
