The Chevrolet Corvette (model C4) was a sports car produced by Chevrolet from 1984 to 1996. The convertible returned, as did higher performance engines. For the 1992 model year, the 300bhp (220kW) LT1 engine was introduced, an increase of 50bhp (37kW) over 1991’s L98 engine. This engine featured reverse-flow cooling (the heads were cooled before the block), which allowed for a higher compression ratio of 10.5:1. Specifically for the 1994 model the vehicle would receive a new interior including passenger airbag and the LT1 received mass air flow sequential fuel injection improving the engine performance! This 1994 Chevrolet Corvette LT1 V8 Convertible is powered by its original 5.7 liter LT1 V8 engine producing 300 horsepower with 340 lbs.ft./torque paired to the original and rare six speed manual transmission.
