Original owner Chevelle Laguna S3 is one of fewer than 7,800. Numbers matching V8 is rebuilt and displaces 355 cubic inches with a roller camshaft and 700R4 automatic overdrive transmission. The drivetrain is rounded out with a 3.50 Posi rearend with new bearings and rides on Moog suspension with four wheel disc brakes. This original owner Chevelle Laguna S3 represents a chance to own a very rare car. With production not starting until January of 1975, many consider these to be 1975-1/2 models and fewer than 7,800 were ever assembled. With a new, one piece sloping front end, the ’75 Laguna was more aerodynamic than many other makes and as such became the car to beat in NASCAR. Race prepared, the S3 saw back-to-back championships in its brief time.
