By now, most enthusiasts know of the ill fated Bricklin. Conceived to be the safest sports car available, the sharply styled SV-1 was plagued by production issues. The original production run was only two years and just slightly over 2000 were ever made for 1975. Estimates are that as few as 400 or so cars are still in existence. This uncommon opportunity here is for an original paint car which runs great and remains mechanically excellent.

By now, most car enthusiasts know the story of the ill fated Bricklin. Conceived to be the safest sports car on the market, the sharply styled SV-1 was plagued by production issues which ultimately brought the Canadian assembly company to receivership. What this means for collectors today is that Bricklins are rare and seldom available. The original production run was only two years and just slightly over 2000 were ever made for 1975. Some estimates are that as few as 400 or so cars are still in existence today. This uncommon opportunity here is for an original paint example with a 351 V8 and automatic and is a car which runs great and remains mechanically excellent.
