This 1967 Shelby benefits from a rotisserie restoration and is immaculate inside and out. Sporting the correct wheels and drivetrain, the Marti Report shows it came with a four speed transmission, the extra cooling package, courtesy light group, fold down rear seat, power front disc brakes, interior decor group and heavy duty battery. The legend of Carroll Shelby and his association with Ford is well documented and even the collector car neophyte could take one look at this 1967 Shelby GT500 and know instantly what all the excitement is about. Ford wanted the 67 Shelby to have a more distinctive look and so added the extended nose, the inboard driving lights, functional hood scoop, unique flip top gas cap, 1/4 panel scoops and special badging. The exclusivity continued under hood where the GT500 received a 428 Police Interceptor engine with dual quad carbs.
