With original matching serial# engine/chassis/body and having spent 17 years in the Auburn Cord Museum of Auburn Indiana, this is a very special opportunity to invest in real automotive history. Accolades for this particular Cord include Best of Show at Phoenix Concours and selection as a cover car for Hemmings Classic Car Magazine in July 2005.

The first American car to be available to the public with front wheel drive, the Cord automobiles would be historically significant and highly collectible even if that were their only notable achievement. As it is, the list of features offered by the Cord 812 in 1937 and exciting collectors today is longer than that. The engineering triumphs include the hideaway headlights, full instrumentation, the electric and vacuum servo transmission that offered a partial automatic operation and of course, fantastic styling that stands out to this day.
