This early custom was built 45 years ago by Master builder Terry Hawirko using body solder to shape the exquisite lines. The grille and rear bumper sections were created from 1960 Cadillac grille bullits and the front bumpers are ’55 Pontiac, topped with ’59 Lincoln headlights. The lake pipes are functional and the rear quarter panels have been lengthened to accommodate the continental kit. The rear of the car has been fitted with Edsel station wagon tail lights and the cruiser skirts have been hand-manufactured using ’42 Packard hood halves. The wire wheels are courtesy of ’53 Ford Pace Car and power comes from a 351 cubic inch Ford V8 with automatic transmission. The interior is mostly original and accessories include power steering, power brakes, Town & Country radio, power top, dual spot lights, dual exhaust and new radial wide whitewall tires.
