This 1951 Ford Convertible has been the recipient of a complete professional restoration. Powered by a 239ci flathead V8 and a 2 speed automatic transmission that all have been rebuilt. 51,237 original miles. Converted to a 12 volt system for better performance, this car is equipped with a Continental kit , fog and spot lights, new power top and fender skirts. New exhaust system, new power top cylinders, new upholstery, new leaf springs and shocks and overhauled steering box. The paint, chrome, stainless, and glass have all been professionally restored and one has to look hard to see any flaws with this car. The interior looks new with the exception of the steering wheel which exhibits some cracks due to age. There is also slight delamination of the original side glass. Car drives much like it would in 1951.
