The car that started the musclecar movement! This spectacular GTO is one of the finest you will ever see. Fully restored from the frame up beginning with sandblasting the frame and refinishing it in black. The suspension was refurbished with all genuine A,C Delco parts and the steering components are also genuine A.C.Delco as are the rear brakes. The front brakes have been converted to disc with slotted rotors. The original 12 bolt rearend was rebuilt and features Positraction with 3.31 gears. The engine is a rebuilt 400 which was sourced from a 1969 GTO and is backed by a rebuilt TH400 automatic transmission. Exhaust chores are handled by Flowtech headers into a dual system with 2 ½ pipes and 40 Series Flowmaster mufflers. The car rolls on American Racing rims with Cobra GT tires 215/70-15 in front,275/60-15 in back. The body was sandblasted completely and all paint was done in base/clear for a glossy look. The undercarriage was finished in grey base coat/clear coat. Chrome mouldings and bumpers are mirror like. The interior was reupholstered using GM correct materials. It utilizes a custom center console with B&M shifter and a custom sound system with dvd,cd,bluetooth, gps and a 7 inch screen.
All new bulbs and weatherstrips. A stunning GTO that has had the work completed and is ready for a new home.
