1970 Chevrolet Chevelle convertible upgraded to a SS 454. A true Holy Grail of the musclecar era, the Chevelle SS was the result of a one year only confluence of ingredients that produced the mightiest Chevelle ever. A complete restoration was performed on this 1970 Chevelle and yes, in a triple black colour Combo! The mirror like gloss black paint with white stripes, black top and black interior make this triple black SS 454 convertible a very special Chevelle. Powered by a race-bred 454 correct date code 1970 big block V8 with a Turbo 400 automatic transmission. The rear differential houses 3.31 gears in a Positraction 12 bolt and the throaty rumble is delivered through a dual exhaust system with original chromed SS tips. The heavy duty SS suspension features front and rear stabilizer bars and power front disc brakes along with power steering. Inside you find bucket seats with a center console and a full instrument package in the dash including the tachometer. A true legend for those who appreciate its all American style and power.
