Al Webster’s history with this black-plate California car goes back many years. He purchased it in San Diego California from a gentleman who had owned it for 10 years, but had acquired the car from another friend of Al’s. The body is believed to have never been off the chassis and the car features a LeBaron-Bonney interior and top. The engine has been rebuilt and fitted with a 2-carb manifold, and power is transmitted
through a 3 speed manual transmission and 3.54:1 rear axle ratio resulting in a car that can be driven continuously at highway speeds with no issues. It is equipped with factory radio, heater and gauges that are all in working order. The cooling system is more than adequate making this a dependable highway or city cruiser.
