An outstanding example of the very desired 1938 Ford Deluxe, this convertible has been finished in a glossy black with a tan leather interior. The powertrain is a proven Flathead V8 with a manual transmission and the extra trim found on this model presents itself in wonderful condition as do the wide whitewall tires and chrome exhaust deflector. The interior has the glovebox mounted Ford clock set into the dark woodgrain and the car also features a factory radio. The interior remains in good-to-excellent overall condition and it should be noted there is slight wear evident in the seat upholstery, the steering wheel exhibits very slight hairline cracks. The woodgrain dash and interior garnish moldings are beautiful. The bottom of the driver’s door glass has a very small crack in the very lower corner and is barely noticeable. The paint has a great overall appearance with various minor imperfections. The chrome is good-to-excellent with minor pitting evident on the wiper shaft stands. This is undoubtedly one of the very nicest 1938 Ford Deluxe convertibles you will find anywhere and offers a great opportunity for the astute buyer.
