Equipped with engine dress-up kit, automatic transmission, backup lamps, wide whitewall radial tires, fender skirts, Town & Country radio, porthole hardtop and black Stayfast soft top, this Bird comes with many of the desirable options that people want. Upon approaching the car, one can’t help but be impressed with the deep shine of the gleaming black paint. The beautiful paint condition however, surpasses the chrome and interior quality which both would need some upgrading to match the paint quality. In addressing the chrome condition, it is mostly some of the smaller chrome pieces that are in need of re-plating with the bumpers being in reasonably good shape. The interior is in fair-to-good condition with the seat upholstery having been replaced previously, but the steering column needs to be secured as there is some vertical movement, and the speedometer needle is missing. The drivers side door glass does not go up and down properly as it appears one of the internal rollers has possibly popped of the track. There is a North Carolina plaque on the trunk lid indicating that the car is from the south and the owner indicated that he purchased the car in Florida.
